COVID-19 Update

Dear Colleagues, Clients, Employees, Partners, Friends and Neighbors

This is a strange and uncertain time, and it’s tempting to get caught up in worry. Facing this pandemic has thrown us all into unprecedented circumstances. I hope each of you stays safe and that we take this opportunity to look out for one another—we are all in this together, after all.
Caring for our community compels us to do our best to protect the health and safety of our guests, employees and local communities
For the time being, Silver Leaf will keep operating normally and we as a team will be taking all the recommended measures to minimize the impact of the virus.

There are several things we can and should do regularly to keep our environment safe and ensure the health/safety of our employees and guests.

Below, are the additional sanitation protocols we have implemented at the office:

  • We have reinforced cleaning & sanitizing protocols, and now take extra sanitation precautions – This will be repeated after any client visit to the office.
  • As we’ve all heard countless times recently, we need to reinforce good hand hygiene, i.e. proper hand washing and sanitization.
  • There is no sharing of dinking or meal utensils allowed at the office.
  • Employees should remain a safe distance apart as necessary to work with clients.
  • Employees meeting personally with clients should take additional precautions such as not sharing writing instruments and avoid any personal contact.

While we strive to maintain normal operations for our clients, we want to ensure everyone that we will take the necessary precautions to maintain a healthy environment. Employees that present with symptoms or are sick in anyway will be sent home and remain at home as long as necessary.

For our Clients, should you get sick or start to present with symptoms, please notify us immediately. We will reschedule any necessary meetings and work with you in every way possible to assist. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to call. We will do our very best to assist in any way we can.

We will continue to track COVID-19 updates and directives from federal and local officials and medical experts and will continue to follow their guidance in the days and weeks ahead.

Please stay safe and healthy everyone.

Regards,

A. Dennis Zehnle
