Bob Muni, Sr.Loan Officer and Reverse Mortgage Specialist, addressed a crowd at the annual Senior Expo in Colorado Springs Saturday, October 18, 2019.
In his workshop titled, “Housing Wealth: Successful Strategies for a Winning Retirement Plan,” Bob showed the interested growth of Baby Boomers how to significantly add to their funds available for retirement and have more to leave to their heirs.
Bob’s PowerPoint slides clearly illustrated the advantages of using housing wealth in an overall strategic plan for retirement and funding longevity. The audience had many excellent questions, highlighting their interest in financial longevity. Those in attendance were very engaged, and had never considered the strategies Bob presented.
Bob covered the possibilities with regard to seniors remaining in their home, and the amazing opportunities open to those who would like to sell their current home and “right size” into a new home with no monthly payment, often keeping substantial funds in their bank account.
